If the spring rod tension might be to strong on bigger diameters or to too weak on thinner diameters, you can optimize that by changing the hole position in the clip.
Adjust diameter
The spring rod ensures that the basket fi ts securely onto carriers with Ø 10-16mm. For Ø 14-16mm, the rod has to be inserted into the upper hole of the lever, for Ø 10 -13mm into the lower hole.
Adjust width
The Klip needs to be adjusted once on the carrier width. The Maximum width depends on the basket model. Normal basket sizes fi t for carriers 9-16cm. The extra big basket models „Cargo“ and „Doggy Basket“ fi t for carriers 9 -40cm and can also be used on front racks.
Turn levers – done !
The accessory is securely fi xed by turning the levers downwards. The levers can be moved along the spring rod.
